My Rating Sytem

Let's keep it short and sweet here too:

 

I rate my plays in 10 dime increments from 10 to 100.

 

Why? Because you need to know how much I love a play for bankroll management purposes.

 

Obviously a 50 dime play is 5 times stronger than a 10 dimer so you should play accordingly. But don't expect a bunch of small plays on this site. I only release games that I love, and I don't release them everyday either.

 

One of the biggest mistakes gamblers make is they get hung up on "winning percentage." I'm here to tell you it means absolutely nothing because my plays are rated. You play them accordingly, using money-management principles, and when I'm hot and on a roll you make money. But you've got to follow those principles all the way through for every play; otherwise, the ratings won't do you a bit of good.

 

When you see my NET profit figures here on the site, rest assured they're based on wins minus losses (including the juice we pay).

 

Again, I don't have plays every single day, but when THE BIG DOG barks, it's time for you to put the bite into your man.

 
Who Is Steve Duemig?

I'm going to make this short and sweet, and for those of you that have listened to me on the radio over the years, you already know that's how I operate. I don't waste time, because time is money.

 

My name is Steve Duemig, but I am known to most as THE BIG DOG.

 

For over a decade I've hosted the most listened to sports talk show in Tampa, where you can hear me weekdays from 3:00-7:00 P.M. Eastern on 620 WDAE - The Sports Animal.

 

In the past, I've also hosted College Game Time Warmup on Sirius Sports Radio and hosted a show on the Golf Channel as well.

 

I live and breathe football. I'm around the players, the game itself, and the writers and announcers who cover it, non-stop, 365 days a year - just like myself. 

 

There is NO ONE in this business that can bring that type of insight to the table when it comes to providing consistent college and pro football winners.

 

I did not just show up today and figure I'd start picking games; I have been analyzing games my entire life, on the record, and directly to the public.

 

Growing up as an avid golfer, I was introduced to the concept of spread betting at an early age. You see, anyone who knows anything about betting knows there is more gambling on sports done on the golf courses across this country than in a Vegas sportsbook. I later became a professional golfer and was a member of the PGA before my radio career took off.

 

When I recognize weakness in that line, I attack it, hence the name THE BIG DOG.

  

At the end of the day, I am a real person, with a real resume. However, more important than being real is the fact that I am also the right guy with the right resume to advise the country which way the chips will ultimately fall in the big games.

 

I say the big games because I don't believe in playing everyday and becoming a slave to the action. I believe in finding the standout lines that offer value and pouncing on them. Now, what's a big game? Simply put, any game I release.
